Lemon Garlic Butter Shrimp
This restaurant-style meal can be your evening signature. I could eat all the 600g of Lemon Garlic Butter Shrimp with my eyes closed.
Lemon Garlic Butter Shrimp Ingredients:
Before starting, make sure you have all the necessary ingredients and tools:
- Raw shrimps peeled 600g
- Garlic cloves 2
- Paprika (optional)
- Fresh Italian Parsley 10g
- Lemon 1
- Butter 100g
Besides the ingredients the following tools are required:
- Medium Bowl
- Garlic press
- Backing tray
- Cutting board
Step 1: Peel the shrimps
Preheat the oven to 420 Fahrenheit. Peel the shrimps. Place them in a medium bowl. Add 2 minced garlic cloves, salt and paprika to taste.
Step 2: Hello yellow lemon
Slice 1/2 lemon and save for later. Add 1/2 lemon juice over the shrimps and mix well. Transfer the shrimps on a baking pan, I used a ceramic oven-safe dish. Add the butter cut in small cubes.
Step 3: Bake time
Add lemon slices into the baking pan. Cook the shrimps for 10-15 min at 420 Fahrenheit. Once cooked, add fresh chopped Italian parsley.
Step 4: Serve and Enjoy.
Serve your delicious Lemon Garlic Butter Shrimp with steamed broccoli on the side. You can also sprinkle some chili flakes for extra flavor and spice.
