Had a busy day? This delicious, easy meal is full of protein and flavor. You’ll need less than 10 minutes to fill your tummy with fresh and crunchy vitamins.

  1. Large mixing bowl
  2. Ramekin or small cup
  3. Cutting board
  4. Knife
  5. Plates

Greek Salad Instructions

Step 1

Cut the tomatoes into wedges and in half the cherry tomatoes. Cut the cucumber in half length-wise, then slice into thick halves. Slice the bell pepper and the red onion.

Step 2

Place your vegetables into a salad bowl. Season with salt but don’t forget that the feta cheese is very salty compared to other types of cheese. Add olive oil to taste and mix gently.

Step 3

Divide the salad between your plates. Add olives, the best, in my opinion, are Termite di Bitetto. Top your salad with cubed or whole feta cheese. You can add some dry oregano and chilly flakes for extra flavor.
